Pros
There is no reason to work for this company....none. There is no training that is given that will help towards any kind of career advancement. Management is a mystery. No one gets promoted excepted the people at the very top....the RM, VP's and so on. There are no raises at any level.
Cons
It is all downside. Management will ask to hit sales goals but will not assist to help you to get the job done. The customers have no value and the employees are helpless in getting anything resolved for them.
