Demanding and stressful environment, but you'll lose your fear of sales if you can stand the pressure. This will make your next job much more rewarding.
Cons
Tunnel vision. Bank relies on only fee income from overdrafts which is a dying income sector in the industry. It's just a matter of time until the bank is shut down. If they're lucky, another, better managed, institution will buy them just for the distribution.
