Pros

- Good business to work for to get your foot in the door FOR OTHER COMPANIES - days when the office was at peace & quiet for work to be completed without anxiety, usually when the boss wasn't working or when the partner of the company was in. - the good people that work here - office location - flexible scheduling

Cons

- you need a thick skin to work here, the boss has anger management issues. - cheap or low paying salaries - no benefits!!!! - no raises - many employees don't speak proper or fluent English, hard to communicate - drives away clients, customers and long time employees/any employees - anything on my signed and promised contract was not in fact the way things work. - promised raises never given - high expectation for low pay - the boss has a dog that parks at anyone who comes through the door. - not a professional office to work for

Pros

The multi-cultural team at Guaranteed SEO is very welcoming and friendly! It's a pleasure to work with everyone here. Having worked for large corporations in the past, the great thing about working in a smaller team environment is there less bureaucracy, and your opinion counts, if you can back it up of course.

Cons

The downside to working in a small team is that your coworkers really rely on you, so if you're late on a deadline, then you have a direct impact on everyone around you. Whereas in a big company where several people do the same job, if you miss something, it will likely get picked up by someone else. So there is definitely more responsibility for your actions, or lack thereof.
