R&F Property Australia is trying to run a business in Australia the Chinese way. The Management is incompetent and with no experience in Australia. They are trying, but there is a distinct lack of understanding of Australian business culture and a non-ability to explain necessary changes to the Chinese headquarter. There is a culture of obedience and top-down management leading to frustration of staff and inefficiency. The system is bonus driven which not delivering long term success.
