Excellence is an involving company which offer the possibility to grow not only in the work place but in life, it gives you the possibility to show your skill and desire to get better.
Cons
At this moment i can't find a real cons to work at the Company, but if I had to find an area to improve, I will definitely think the staffing should be more precise.
