For thise who mentioned that low salary, question? What is your qualification to get high salary? Cmon..salary is depend on how can you contribute to the company. For example: you are helpdesk, are you expecting 100k monthly but your experience is just 2-3 years? No management? This is unreal. How it become no management if they manage to build this company? There is a management, there are just employee doesn't want to follow because of expectation. They expect for promotion but they are not doing their task to get promoted. Be realistic.. if you are doing your job then you will get promoted. Example is my self, i am just 11months. And in my 7th months, i received a noticed of promotion from analyst to specialist. This is because i follow the role, i always make my task done timely manner. And never doing toxic to your co employee..

Cons for me, i need to go office 3 times a day. :-)
