Pros

Good work-life balance. Employees are allowed to work from home twice a week (subject to manager’s approval)

Cons

Only low coverage inpatient health insurance is offered, forcing employees to get a private one. Low annual leave: 14 days initially, after the second year one day is added per year until a maximum of 21 days. Marriage leave is only 3 days.

Pros

Very friendly environment. Great culture and lots of learning opportunities for someone starting out in the industry.

Cons

Don't stay here. They micromanage a lot and then scold you for your performance that they meticulously pushed for. Training is pretty terrible. You will not feel valued unless you go into sales. Change positions or leave after 3 years.
