      Pros

      Good exposure to projects and clients, we directly interact with clients about their projects and their needs. We also handle and deliver the project.

      Cons

      Very tight deadlines even to complex projects, almost no help from project managers and seniors. Very toxic work culture, they make you sit beyond office timings.

      Pros

      Good Exposure for freshers, There is a water cooler(if that counts as pros), There are 7+ camera inside 1500sq ft space so you are quite safe, School like atmosphere, a Teacher(in this case PM) will always monitor you ensuring you complete your work on time,

      Cons

      No Cons , just your PPO is dependent on the revenue of the company, which is fair.
