Pros
Outstanding relationships in technology, automotive and transportion fields. Very thoughtful advisory, they really take the time to understand the client's situation.
Cons
Long and unpredictable work hours. While clients are respectful, the nature of the work is inherintly unpredictable. Episodic revenues, which is of course a function of the success fee model.
