Pros
GrowthPal is looking to bring M&A opportunities and IB expertise to startups through Data+AI, and along with this vision there come unlimited growth opportunities. Whether you're starting out, or are experienced, there are a lot of opportunities and responsibilities (beyond your initial responsibilities) that you could explore and learn from. The flexible work timings add to the cool and open work culture. The team is a great mix of young/experienced people, and so you get the opportunity to both express yourself as well as learn a lot. The leadership team is very encouraging and supportive, and are really amazing mentors. Working at GrowthPal has been one of my best experiences so far!
Cons
There were no cons for me - the team was amazing and supportive, and the work was intriguing. That said, do remember that in a startup, what you make of the startup culture is up to you :)
