This is the worst company to work in. Their salary is very very low, like 150 USD a month is the starting amount. Their company is not even registered in India. They don't give a valid salary slip, no PF. Team leads are garbage. They just want their own benefits. They want you to work even on weekends, and for your time and energy they don't even want to pay instead the CTO comes in the meeting and says he'll buy you a pizza. They really have mastered the art of tricking their clients. just coping and pasting the RUMA AESTHETICS website in the name of cloning. Great Job you guys are doing. They don't even provide laptops and moreover to it and they installed a tracking software on employees' personal laptop that will track your minute to minute activity. If any candidate has experience DONOT join this garbage company, or you will regret for sure. and if you are someone with no experience just join for a short time, work on your skills and just leave them. I can assure you 80-90% of the company's employees are not happy with the policies of your company. only 10-20% of your chapluss might be fine with the company.
