I’ve been working at Growth Kitchen since December 2023. I started part-time and have since moved into a full-time role, working remotely. Honestly, it’s been the best work experience I’ve ever had. The team culture is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and positive. From the CEO right through to every rep on the team, everyone is supportive, approachable, and genuinely great to work with. Even while working remotely, communication is strong and you always feel included and trusted to do your job well. Growth Kitchen feels like a stable, well-organised company with a clear vision. There are real opportunities to grow and develop, and the leadership genuinely supports your progression. If you’re motivated and want to build something long-term while growing professionally, this is a great place to be.
