Although the company claims to value creativity, proposing new ideas is often seen as a challenge to authority and can lead to negative repercussions. Managers primarily expect strict execution and compliance, not initiative or critical thinking. - Diversity and inclusion end where disability or personal circumstances begin. - Below-market salaries.
