      - Ambitious, company has many projects and goals in mind - Most people are great - WFH and flexible hours

      Cons

      - Not enough people to do all the projects they want. People are overworked and are juggling so many projects at a time - Communication between teams/stakeholders isn’t so great. Conflicting interests causes more stress and confusion - Pay isn’t that competitive
