Ok 401k matching Let me tell you a bit about Grow Financial… the two best days there are your first day, and especially your LAST day.
Cons
The company was better before the new CEO took over. It’s easy to feel like you can’t have a conversation with higher ups for fear of losing your job. Requires vaccine to work there. Not great products to offer- if you’re in sales it’s easy to see numbers suffer. Feels uncomfortable to work there at times- new CEO will talk about politics during meetings and seems to push a political agenda.
