Great co-workers and great pharmacist to work with. Generally a good place to work. Our customers love us! We all go above and beyond to accommodate our customers.
Cons
Short staffed, unorganized management, communication between management and pharmacy technicians is poor. High technician turnover. If they don't like you, they'll pick on you until you quit or find every reason to write you up and fire you. Every tech feels run down, underpaid, and under appreciated. We push sales and go above and beyond what large retail stores do. This creates burnout and our good staff leaving.
