      Absolutely none, high salaries on offer are not worth it

      Cons

      Privately owned means you cannot make any decisions without running it past the upper management, who make you jump through hoops and move the goalposts.

      Company produces an interesting product

      Cons

      No HT department. Toxic work environment. Stressful work environment. Not a fun engaging culture. Micromanagement. Owners and senior management thinks they ate better than their employees.
