Office is in a nice area and a lot of co workers are kind and good people.

Company does not have a clear vision which leads to poor execution of most projects. Layoffs every year like clockwork. Management changes their mind mid day and stifles growth. They say Unlimited PTO, but then judge employees who use it. Company culture = a pizza party every 6 months. Some leadership works from home while everyone else has in office expectations. This leads to the leadership team being on a completely different page than the team and other members of leadership. Career growth is mostly non existent.
