Pros
Great products and brands from France. It’s recognized by the customers and consumers. Although product quality in Canada has been deteriorated over the past few years due to poor management the brands are solid.
Cons
Company culture and business operations are far away from the way a global sized organization structured. It’s controlled leadership style from top down. Not structured based on competency rather favouritism. Accounting system has many flaws and mistakes where certain senior managers manipulate how funds are allocated, which was in certain people’s pockets who don’t deserve them.
