      Great company with rich history in the maritime industry. Fascinating work and great people. Unheard of retirement package.

      Pros

      Better benefits than most American companies, but not enough to make up for the compensation and lack of advancement.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, pay is not at market rates. Most employees are miserable. HR talks a big game about advancement/opportunities but in reality there are none. This company is not honest to it's employees.
