      The company genuinely cares and actively aims to improve themselves. The management team is receptive to feedback and there are multiple programs in place for employee engagement, feedback and learning and development.

      Cons

      Workload is consistently high. Almost all employees support project on top of their regular job.

      Pros

      Better benefits than most American companies, but not enough to make up for the compensation and lack of advancement.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, pay is not at market rates. Most employees are miserable. HR talks a big game about advancement/opportunities but in reality there are none. This company is not honest to it's employees.
