      Pros

      CSL Group has excellent benefits for the employees and the Martin family is a great owner.

      Cons

      It was a great company to work for but recent changes in executive management and direction have left employees unmotivated and basically afraid for their job. They have cut many loyal employees who worked there over 10 years and pushed others to retire early.

      Pros

      Better benefits than most American companies, but not enough to make up for the compensation and lack of advancement.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, pay is not at market rates. Most employees are miserable. HR talks a big game about advancement/opportunities but in reality there are none. This company is not honest to it's employees.
