Management are actually okay on a human level: not so much pressure , quite a relaxed working environment. Flexible working hours, opportunity to work from home -although highly dependent on your own manager.
Cons
Often different decisions on a day-to-day basis, sometimes hard to see the direction of those. No room for professional development or further training.
