The people are really lovely, and very flexible re. working from home, part time etc. The office environment is good, as is support. Benefits include private medical, cycle to work, performance related bonuses....
Cons
Since October the company is part of Ageas Insurance Limited. The culture is changing, there are lots of redundancies. Many head office functions are moving from London to Eastleigh.
