High turnover, not from quitting, they fire people constantly, tenured employees always on medical leaves
Hybrid schedule is not honoured
Poor supervision poor management
Unable to apply for new positions for a whole year
Poor culture
Basically everything advertised with job board is a lie
Unclear expectations, goals and priorities are always shifting
No training get in and figure it out yourself
