Pros
The co-workers are wonderful people, all deep in the trenches with you. There's a definite sense of commiseration, which is a real bonding element. Awesome clients too, big names like The Home Depot, Target GE, Levis, Barneys, Target and others.
Cons
The two men leading the company have one priority, and that is to make money. It is not to cultivate long-term staff or give people a reason to want to come into the office... the extremely crowded office. Promises of raises are made only to be forgotten. If there is such a thing as hell, Group SJR is the on-earth equivalent. The lack of experience and leadership is a direct result of an informal and sloppy promotion cycle. Want a better title at SJR? Just ask!
