      Multi National with branches throughout Africa covering the complete gamut of construction, from nuclear energy to wind and solar , from civil to building

      Cons

      Insistent on offering contract specific long duration contracts of employment. Senior management does not apply consistent policies. in particular on promised contract bonuses.

      Good culture, team spirit, loyalty and integrity can be found at the firm. Growth is determined by ones interest. Training is key for the company

      It is specific to the construction industry. Its not easy to move around business units. The industry is going through tough economic times so patience is required
