1. Respectful Management Team. 2. Fair Salary. 3. Overtime is paid on time. 4. Human over business philosophy. 5. Benefits are good compared with other companies of the same size. 7. Office Facilities are nice, clean. 8. Investment in Laboratories for training and self-learning/ practice. 9. During pandemic times they did keep all the employees safe. None let go either. 10. Co-worker atmosphere is toxic-free.
Cons
1. The company is still developing the official training for the products they work with. You will need to rely a lot on your co-coworkers and self- learning while you get to speed up with vendor official trainings. 2. Access via public transport is not that easy or quick. Having a car is almost necessary if you don't live in Laval already.
