      Teletrabajo, bonos, buen ambiente laboral,

      Una de las desventajas de esta empresa es su inestabilidad laboral. Contratan a muchas personas en poco tiempo, como fue mi caso, pero posteriormente realizan despidos masivos sin justificación clara. A los empleados se les comunica su despido el mismo día, sin previo aviso ni un periodo razonable para buscar otra oportunidad laboral. Esto genera una gran incertidumbre y falta de seguridad para quienes trabajan allí. Anexo a esto, los salarios son bastante bajos

      Cons

      The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
