CBS car (if you can afford the ridiculous prices)

American company-CEO is disconnected from the employees Long weekend working. Saturdays are contracted, you have to work 1 Saturday for normal pay and hours are 8am to 5pm according to contract. Most other companies will pay overtime and be from 8am to 1pm.... why the long hours on a Saturday Group 1? Overtime pay is terrible-they only pay your normal rate for weekdays. All management are greedy and don't care about employees, low pay, promise promotions but never follow through. No benefits to working for company, everything is audited and monitored constantly. Can't even go to the toilet without being questioned! Given extra work and expected to do it if its not in your job role. Avoid Group 1 at all costs! Terrible company to work for.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
