Pros

Generally easy job responsibilities, answer calls and emails, provide customer service, and set appointments for dealerships. Working from home! Opportunities to change roles with the company. Insurance is offered. Possibility of monthly bonus. Possibility of overtime.

Cons

Bonus pay depends HEAVILY on sales people at the dealerships we support; you don't get credit or paid if the dealership cancels appointment (usually due to no inventory or poor credit) or if they fail to notate if customer showed up for appointment. Being micromanaged. Inconsistent information from team leads. Strict policies in order to qualify for bonus. Low hourly pay.

Pros

They offer employee stock benefits.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
