Pros
If you put effort into the job you can get ahead and make some money. Lots of new positions open with the various groups. Contrary to what you hear, management wants you to do well as this is how they make money. Fairly good training. You MIGHT even get a decent General Manager like I have.
Cons
Reviews are BS. No pay raises for hourly employees, ever - and pay plan for commission players doesn't change either. As a Corporate entity they are constantly looking to cut expenses - and that usually means your pay. Health Insurance is the worst I've ever seen. Expensive and with huge deductibles. Huge turnover (is it a wonder why?).
