Pros

Work is not difficult and doesn't take a long time to complete.

Cons

The pay has not increased per order the entire time I've been working for the company. Never did I have a bad review for my work. Little by little they add more things that they want you to do such as; extra photo, do not take photos through the windshield, etc. I've asked if they will give more pay several times over the years since they have gained more and more business from clients. Each time the answer was no.

Pros

I am retired on SS need a couple hundred a month for Beer an entertainment (Go out to dinner etc.) This is a great opportunity to make a few bucks. Its a great learning tool if you are a realtor or in the real estate business. It should not be construed as a JOB.The software shows exactly how much you made. I have been very rural areas. My vehicle actual cost is $ 0.30/mile. After that is removed it works out to $10 to $20 per hour. Not a lot but no real boss (deadlines were shortened to 2 days) No time schedule. If you can't do it decline the assignment.

Cons

It does't pay a lot but you know that up front. Don't stay if you don't like it. This is a result of your politicians trying to FIX minimum wage. They could limit your assignments
