Pros
The tech is solid, the platform is welcomed by operators, and the data monetization products are novel and timely. It has relatively flat company structure that allows for interactions across all levels. I have support from my supervisor and feel empowered to drive my accounts. You will get rewarded for a job well done. When you see perspective customers chasing you, you know that you are heading in the right direction although the sales cycle is long.
Cons
The time difference is tough. Groundhog has a long history, so it took time to digest the complicated products.
