Worst of the worst - Anonymous employee Ground Pros Employee Review

I enjoy working at Ground Pros. My co-workers are fun, passionate and knowledgeable. I've grown professionally and personally since starting here.

Project deadlines can be challenging, but I am supported by my manager and co-workers

Ground Pros is a company that is founded on family values and thus has created a very close-knit group of peers that operates much like a family would. Ownership is deeply invested in its employees' careers and advancement within the company. I personally feel their salaries, incentive programs, and benefits are the best in the industry for all tiers of employment. And most importantly, this company makes each of their employees feel valued. For the most part, we all mutually respect each other with the exception of a sibling spat here or there... typical family.

Work/life balance can be very tough to manage (as is the industry). Company processes are a constant work in progress as they should be, but drag on for too long quite often. There are often times when many managers feel like their hands are tied because they always have to get approval from upper management.
