Pros
The only good good thing i can say is the the job was reasonably cruise most time if management left you alone to do your job
Cons
Management can not be trusted as they are more than happy to lie to their workers & their customers about safety in the past they knew that they were making refrigeration mechanics do illegal electrical work . This company Management is toxic to the to the whole maintenance industry because the moment you as employee try to help them to fix their wrongs you either take their dodge deals or you become enemy number one. My only advice to anyone that wants work for Grosvenor if you don't care about your safety & be under payed & you are a worker that's more than happy to have management tell you a stack of lies & don't challenge them then this is a job for you
