Pros
This is the best company I've worked at. Lots of room to grow and autonomy in your role, really nice and friendly management and no micro-management in my experience which I have had in other companies (and hated). I also like that it's still a relatively small company - around 25 employees - and everyone has a friendly, relaxed attitude which makes for a very calm working environment. We still have busy and sometimes stressful times of course, but everyone is kind to each other and makes it a really nice place to work. Love the flexibility of wfh and in-office options not being too rigid. Also love the industry - live events is ever changing and very exciting to work in! Highly recommend :)

Would ideally have more employee benefits, birthday off, bonuses, etc.
