There is no help or interest from Asahi London in promoting the brand around the world. Not once in 4 years did we get any marketing materials other than photos

Passion for beer and being able to work with your passion is always a huge pre. Very high level of professionalism in the company, which resulted in a strong brand.

Strict hierarchy, high level of bureaucracy and low level of own input. People throw each other under the buss to save themselves. Not so in line with my own values.
