      I can't think of any positives

      Cons

      Especially leaders in IT are pathetic and don’t know what they are doing at times. There is no future for this company if you have such bad leadership sitting and making stupid mistakes. Please fire senior leader first and relook what you can do better before dreaming to be 1000 plus stores. Such a waste of time working in this company and feel bad for all hard working souls knowing their future going to be ruined.

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
