Pros

I really don't have any favorable views about working at the main office. The two CEO's the company has are young MacGregor and Eric. When I worked there, I was always doing more but my manager never acknowledged the good work I was doing even if it was off the clock. It got to the point where I would only do my 8 hours shift for them. They are more concerned with profits since they have a shared ownership with an outfit back east. they have 10% each and the other group has 80%.

Cons

Mgmt. was always very up and up about the best places to work review of the company. It's a small billion dollar in sales company trying to be one of the big boys in supermarket retail sales but upper mgmt. needs to see what is really important of themselves and the customers. they sell a lot of stuff that is actually very unhealthy. Some of the merchandise comes from Canada but at a very low quality since you know that the Canadian dollar has a higher value compared to the dollar. If you are a concerned consumer regarding your health this place is not for you even if the savings are great avoid at all cost.
