      Recognizable name on your resume Nice office

      Cons

      No work life balance - constantly working late, weekends, holidays. While being stingy with time off, I’ve been told to use my vacation hours when I requested PTO, even though I have worked nights and weekends. No employee engagement - all this hard work and nothing fun to do Pay is terrible - I was sold on the bonus and other benefits which are inconsistently given Management/Leadership is passive aggressive - “close faster” with little to no resources

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
