Pros

Some good managers, some good projects. Fun people to work with. Free snacks and video games. Nice view out the window.

Cons

It's a starter job. Compensation opportunities are poor. Lots of working on barbie- and princess-type games. No stock options to speak of.

Pros

Great people to work with Great culture with top notch Ops/HR Team, they put in an obvious effort to make the company fun and interesting Free food Fun company parties The company is dealing with the transition to mobile games the best they can

Cons

Negative attitudes by some long term employees having to switch from Xbox/PS3/DS development to Mobile becomes contagious. You'd think they would be happy to even have a job, but it seems nothing is ever good enough for a select few. No relevant training to increase skills No clear path to go from Contract to FTE Management looks elsewhere to fill open positions when many times they have someone, like a Tester/Intern/Contractor, right in front of their eyes that can do the job
