      Fun environment, lots of car guys, you get to see every type of car, learning about all kinds of products.

      Cons

      Senior leaders dont recognize the talent around them. Leaders ware too many hats and dont let other do there job. Input is not taken well, front line observations dont make it to the decision makers

      Great people and work environment. No corporate heavy-handedness. Feels like a family owned business because it is.

      Mostly great people to work with. Decent work environment for a warehouse/production facility. Reasonable management.

      Cons

      Building can smell bad during certain production periods. Managers will sometimes drop the ball or fail to live up to promises.
