Pros
It’s a good job if you just want to have ur life consumed everyday with just working. They will sometimes celebrate employees birthdays. They know how to work as a team (depends who it is)
Cons
Favoritism with management and employees and it shows through their shifts if always working mornings. If you’re uncomfortable with a donor they expect you to handle it yourself, you can tell them but they won’t do anything Cross training takes forever because some are lazy and no they do not give you any ounce of a 50 cent or dollar raise with the cross training. They expect you to keep bagging more work for little pay. They do not take anything seriously if you have a problem or concern with your coworker(s) They seriously think they do nothing wrong and everything is always everyone else’s problem/fault
