Pros
The actual staff on the floor are genuine hard working ppl. With great attitudes and willingness to help the company but unfortunately not reciprocated.
Cons
Where do you start. How about breaks. The whole shift go on break at a certain time but one particular shift has to stay and run a line with 2 ppl. Where is the health and safety here. These staff are not trained. Actually training is non existent. Where your put is where you stay no questions asked. You have a culture of my shift against yours. Who gets the most out per shift. But when deviations happen the ppl in question are lambs to the slaughter. Only the other day the manager in question I spoke about earlier absolutely tore into staff like he was talking to ppl on the street. What he was and wasnt gonna do. Some people were shocked and a lot were afraid to speak out about his behaviour for fear of losing there job. No one should have to put up with this behaviour in any walk of life. But I for one will be going further with this as it’s not acceptable. Grifols is a shambles. I wouldn’t like any of my friends or family to work here. The management are a joke. You have a glorified manager who has zero experience in the pharma industry. Goes from being a warehouse manager being in charge of 2 or 3 to taken over a company of a few hundred. He has zero people skills. Barks orders at people to do stuff that he hasn’t a clue about. Changes things on operating lines that have a disastrous effect both on productivity and people. People in the company are leaving left right and centre. On a weekly basis since Christmas staff are handing in their notices. They don’t wanna be there. The environment is poison. They have a quality department that is like a revolving door it’s embarrassing. Imagine having a bbq in the summer for all staff in a company to attend. Everybody in the company go to it except a single shift. That shift end up working and looking out there windows to the whole company partying, drinking having fun looking in at them. Talk about rubbing your noses in it. We all thought because it was a spainish company they don’t understand our Irish ways. But low and behold the company got rid of most its spainish managers and put in place Irish puppets. And they to this day continue the spainish way. I’m actively seeking work along with more that 20-30 others to get away from this sespit of a company. Stay miles away from here if you can help it don’t say I didn’t warn yous.
