Pros

Everything is very simple and easy to understand. Most of the equipment does not do complex process. As a calibration technician most of my knoledge is not being fully utilized.

Cons

The company loves to low-ball you at entrance and it can affect you in the future. It is very hard to get a raise greater than 25cents every year. It is also hard to learn new concepts everything here is basic and does not require any critical thinking. The off shifts provide lots of downtime and you can spend your free time worry free.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
