Discrimination with regards to training people not much equality management know best NOT that goes from the top to the bottom bad attitudes from people in power lack of experience in management creates a bad vibe bad culture most of the people that get promoted are in the management click people that work hard are not looked after as in bonuses etc management top to bottom dont want to know problems on the floor turn a blind eye to everything only interested in hitting targets for their own bonuses. Also Bullys all levels throughout the company with no respect for people. We have worked hard through the last year of covid and got a measley bonus terrible should be ashamed of themselves
