Pros

The best in the company is the people, most of them are friendly and helpful. Good company to learn and if you have the right attitude get involved in great projects Salary is good, some benefits and events, and multicultural environment, which is great!

Cons

Very old-style management, 40hs contract, no home office, or flexible time. All decisions go through Spain HQ and they want to impose a Spanish culture in all subsidiaries. No willingness to embrace digital technologies, all procedures are paperwork based. The company has a problem retaining talents and some departments have a huge turnover. Some people with no background or lack of experience are promoted to supervisors or managers rather than people with more experience, certifications, master degrees, and great soft skills. In the end, there is a lack of opportunities for good employees even if they are more efficent management only value if you stay working until 10 pm rather than if you are efficient. The company spends money on useless things such as a wellness app which nobody uses but they don't spend on other more important.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
