      Saving lives. Interaction with customers, learning opportunities. Lots of educational benefits

      Cons

      This is a no work/life balance career. Lots of demands with no compensation. Your personal life is nonexistent. Will you learn? Yes. But if you want a life, it's not for you. Thrown under a bus to save others, yes. If you want experience to push your resume go for it.
