Rewarding Work and Strong Team, but Communication and Flexibility Need Improvement - Customer Service Team Lead Grifols Employee Review

Pros

I've been with the company for over seven years, and the work continues to feel genuinely rewarding. There is a strong support network in place, and I've consistently had positive experiences with both my management team and my colleagues. For those who are motivated, there are clear opportunities for career progression, and I've seen many people advance by seeking out growth.

Cons

Communication can sometimes be a challenge. There are occasional gaps or miscommunications that create confusion or slow down processes. Additionally, the hours can feel quite long - working from 7:30am to 5pm combined with commuting three days a week, often results in being away from home for more than 12 hours a day. Given how difficult commuting has become, offering more remote-work options or increased flexibility would make a significant positive experience.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
